Cauli Flower Morway


MATERIALS
 2kg cauliflower
 750gr whole-wheat
 75gr butter
 1ltr liquid milk
 1pack gratin
 its salt
 nutmeg sufficiently

Way of making
 1. cleaning cauliflower and cut according to appetite
 2. braise cauliflower and give a few/little leak and salt
 3. heating butter and mix with flour later;then enhance milk
 4. ripe mature
 5. flavour with salt, nutmeg and peppercorn
 6. after maturing, serving with [in] take bath of saus and enhance gratin above him
